Hi, I’m Olivia! Owner & operator of Beauty By Liv

I’m thrilled to be able to offer my services to you all right in the heart of my hometown of Webster! After completing my Bachelor’s & Master’s at St. John Fisher College, I began my career in medical sales for 5 years. But it wasn’t until a global pandemic shutdown in 2020 that I discovered my passion in life: eyebrows & tattoos. My husband and I started collecting tattoos from all different artists in all different cities. I was so inspired by the industry that I started building my dream business in October 2020. I am now a 2x certified permanent makeup artist specializing in microblading, powder brows, sculpting, and laminating. In November of 2022, I expanded my business to Buffalo where I also started a tattoo apprenticeship with Buffalo Ink to learn the art of fine line tattooing. I will soon be bringing this highly requested service to the Rochester area!

When I’m not creating, you can find me spending time with my family and fur babies, getting tattooed, shopping for sneakers, or on a beach somewhere. Come and visit me in the sanctuary where clients become lifelong friends and beauty enhancements are made to last.
